Meet the team: Kate Freedman

Kate is a Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist with a passion for education and mentorship. After earning her Master’s in Nurse Anesthesia in 2018, she has worked as a dedicated pediatric CRNA, building on four years of critical care experience in both adult and pediatric ICUs.

Kate teaches at local nurse anesthesia programs and serves as a Clinical Coordinator and the Fellowship Director for a COA-accredited Pediatric Nurse Anesthesia Fellowship at her hospital. She is honored to be a leader and mentor at Confident Care Academy, where she educates and inspires critical care nurses and future CRNAs.

Her commitment to leadership, education, and pediatric anesthesia makes her a valued leader in her community and an insightful mentor for those entering the field of nurse anesthesia.
